Paloma has more than 25 years living in Mexico and she is the founder of one of the first Yoga schools in Puebla: Ganesha Yoga Shala.
In January 2015, she opened in Puebla City the first Jivamukti Yoga center in Latin America. She was born in Texas and danced professionally contemporary dance in the University of Texas, Austin. She is certified in Pilates Mat. She is an Advanced Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and her classes are known by their deep spiritual components, vigorous sequences and music with international rhythms.
She is co-founder of the Moksha Yoga Project, giving Yoga and meditation classes to women in the prison of Puebla. She is an invited teacher in the Asana of Poetry / Poetry of Asana Immersion, combining poetry and asana in California. She was a mentor in the 2012 Jivamukti Yoga Certification of Costa Rica, and a coordinator of the same certification in 2013.
